While the first Fund (KITVEN Fund) had invested only in the Information Technology (IT) sector, the KITVEN Fund - 2 proposes to invest not only in the IT sector but also in the Biotechnology (BT), Nano-technology (NT) and other promising knowledge based industries.

The Fund will undertake investment in the range of Rs.100 Lakhs to Rs.250 Lakhs per company. The Fund is also open to undertake consortium investment alongwith other VC firms if investee company's Fund requirement exceeds our limitations.
